Where Cellutech expressly states on a product page, invoice, order confirmation or separate written document that a product is supplied with a Cellutech guarantee, that guarantee will apply in accordance with the terms stated for that product.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, any Cellutech guarantee:
Any guarantee offered by Cellutech is a voluntary additional promise and will be interpreted alongside the consumer’s legal protections, not instead of them. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, guarantees offered free of charge are legally binding and must clearly state that statutory rights are unaffected.
Unless your statutory rights apply, warranties and guarantees will not usually cover issues caused by:
Where a manufacturer warranty applies, coverage will depend on that manufacturer’s own terms. If Cellutech offers a product-specific guarantee, any exclusions will be set out in the relevant guarantee terms. Please do not send any item back until we have provided return instructions, unless we have confirmed otherwise in writing.
Before returning any mobile phone, tablet, smart watch or other connected device, please ensure that:
Cellutech is not responsible for personal data left on returned devices, and a return may be delayed if a device cannot be inspected because it remains locked to a user account.
Where a valid warranty or guarantee claim is accepted, the available remedy will depend on the terms that apply and the circumstances of the fault. This may include repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Where the customer is relying on statutory rights rather than a separate warranty or guarantee, the remedies are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under that Act, repair or replacement must be carried out within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the consumer, and refunds under the short-term right to reject must be given without undue delay and in any event within 14 days beginning with the day the trader agrees the consumer is entitled to a refund.
Any warranty or guarantee provided by Cellutech or a manufacturer is offered in addition to your legal rights. We will not refuse to consider a complaint simply because a warranty period has expired or because a particular issue falls outside the wording of a separate warranty, where you may still have rights under consumer law.
