your order number
the product involved
a clear description of the issue
any relevant photos or supporting documents
the outcome you are seeking

What happens next

Once we receive your complaint, we will review the information provided and investigate the matter properly.

Our aim is to:

acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days
investigate the issue fairly and thoroughly
provide a full response within 10 working days where possible

If we need more time, we will keep you updated.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your complaint relates to an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, your statutory rights are not affected.
